This includes keeping essential safety information up to date, helping to monitor compliance, and working closely with Building Safety Officers to ensure systems, records and certifications remain accurate and accessible. This work underpins effective reporting, continuous improvement, and the smooth running of the wider team.
The role also involves handling building safety enquiries, helping residents understand safety and risk, and making sure any issues are dealt with promptly and effectively. Collaboration is central, with regular interaction with colleagues and external partners to maintain high standards of safety performance. There is also the opportunity to contribute to improvement work, assurance processes, and the development of a consistent, resident‑focused approach to building safety.
