About the opportunity
Due to expansion, we are very excited to be recruiting for a Development Project Officer to support our Development team in delivering our programme of new homes, in our continued mission to make a difference to the lives of our residents. Working with the wider Development team, this role will play an integral part in supporting the business and staff in Wales’ top not-for-profit organisation, as voted by our staff in the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’ list.
What will you be doing?
Based from our Ewloe office you will be responsible for the delivery of development schemes through effective project management. At WWH we put our residents at the heart of what we do, and you will play a central role in ensuring that our projects impact positively on residents and local communities.

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Relevant experience in a construction environment.
- Proven experience in project managing programmes of work.
- Knowledge of the development process in a Social Housing environment.
- A sound understanding of the business drivers of Registered Social Landlords.
- Understanding of Welsh Government’s development procedures (New build, DQR specification etc)
