The Opportunity
We would like to hear from 18th edition qualified Electricians in the Aberystwyth, Fishguard and Carmarthen areas who are able to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, new installations and certify their own work. This is an exciting job where the work is varied, and you could be involved in minor repairs one day and then a full kitchen wiring upgrade the next. You can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with good products and equipment.
We would like to hear from 18th edition qualified Electricians who are able to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, new installations and certify their own work. An important part of electrical service is Electrical Installation Condition Reports, (EICRs), and holding the relevant inspection and testing qualification and being able to demonstrate competency when undertaking EICRs is a requirement of the role.
The rate of pay for this role is £18.14 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, average earnings £37,731k.
We also operate an out of hours emergency call out system for which there is an additional payment.
You must also possess a current valid full driving licence. You will be provided with a company vehicle for business use as well as a fuel card to facilitate your travel to complete your work.
