About the Opportunity

We are looking for a self–motivated, well organised and enthusiastic Executive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Directors. You will as part of a team of three Executive Personal Assistants working alongside the PA to the CEO to provide all necessary support including the facilitation and planning of project work in addition to workload, meeting and diary management.


What will you be doing?

These roles are highly visible and so a professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential, as well as the ability to turn your hand to anything as and when needed.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who genuinely understand the demanding nature of a Director’s role and who will take a pride in the quality of support they offer. The successful candidate will be highly computer literate, numerate and skilled in carrying out targeted research, facilitating project work and preparing presentations and reports with a close attention to detail.

You will need to be a natural influencer and communicator with a track record of making good judgments and prioritising issues well to ensure that Directors are always informed and one step ahead of the game in their time management.
