The Opportunity
An exciting role has become available within Cambria’s Grounds Maintenance Team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative working in our South Wales region, you will be responsible for ensuring that sites are well maintained
The rate of pay for this role is £12.60 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, (average earnings £26,208 per year).

We are seeking applicants with experience of grounds maintenance work and/or estate services delivery e.g. in a Housing Association, Local Authority Parks Department or with a Grounds Maintenance Contractor.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring that all communal areas and refuse areas are clean, well maintained and kept free of rubbish and litter.
- Maintaining and improving all grassed, planted and soft or hard landscaped areas in line with Cambria’s Values and Operating Principles.
- Proactively working with others as required and assisting in the ongoing engagement with residents regarding the maintenance and management of the site.
You must also possess a current valid full driving licence (a company van is provided).
