Repairs Coordinator/ Cydlynydd Atgyweirio
About the Opportunity
Are you experienced in speaking to residents and dealing effectively with their requests and concerns? Do you have a good understanding of the services, systems and people across the WWH Group? Do you want to be at the heart of the Association’s service delivery in the exciting months and years to come?
If the answer to all of these questions is ‘yes’, then take a look, as this may well be the opportunity for you.
What will you be doing?
You will be part of a busy team whose primary focus is to respond to resident’s repair requests across the whole of Wales. This will involve answering calls, responding to emails and dealing with complex and at times challenging situations, whilst all the time endeavouring to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Our aim is to turn up when we say we will, do the right repair in one visit and do a good job so we don’t have to return. In this role you will be critical in helping us to achieve and maintain this standard into the future.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who have a real desire to make a difference into the future and a good track record of effectively managing resident interactions. So, if you have experience of dealing with residents either face to face or, in particular, extensive phone experience and a good knowledge of our systems, such as Dynamics, then we want to hear from you. Good IT skills, common sense and a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude will be the keys to success in this role.
Our busy repairs team is at the very forefront of service delivery, dealing with our residents and staff and working closely with Cambria, colleagues and partner contractors to ensure that we maintain our homes as efficiently and effectively as possible.
