The Opportunity 


We are looking for highly motivated and compassionate Support Workers for our scheme in Newtown. 

Our established scheme of 48 apartments in Newtown opened in 2016, and provides a wide variety of care and support to individuals of all ages over 18, living in their own apartments. We currently support people who have a care and support need such as: 

  • learning difficulties  

  • older people 

In this job you will be supporting people with: 

  • independent living skills 

  • support with medication 

  • making meals 

  • personal care 

  • attending appointments 

The shift patterns we have for jobs in Newtown are: 

  • 7am- 2.30pm 

  • 7.30am - 12.30pm 

  • 7.30am - 5pm 

  • 2.30pm - 10pm 

  • 8pm - 7am

You will be provided with an in-depth induction, with a mixture of face to face and online learning, to make sure you are fully prepared before joining the team.
