We are looking for compassionate support workers to provide non-judgmental support to young people who may have issues around drug or alcohol misuse, mental health diagnosis and poor motivation. In this role, you will deliver a housing related support service for young people who may have experienced neglect, abuse, trauma and homelessness in line with the Housing Support Grant guidelines.

Support workers provide regular support sessions to service users to review progress and relevance of risk assessment and support plans and update accordingly.

To ensure that all relevant information is shared with colleagues within the Team and external agencies as appropriate.

You will work closely with other organisations, making appropriate referrals for specialist support to help young people prosper and have a meaningful future.

 

Castell provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Shifts are a mixture of early, late and waking nights. Full and Part time positions available. Night shift only contracts will be considered.

Starting at 10:00

Finishing at 15:00

Successful candidates will be invited to join our induction cohort commencing on:

5th September at Ty Draig, St David’s Business Park, Ewloe, subject to satisfactory references and Right to Work checks.
